Job Description:

The Material Handler/Operator is the glue that holds our manufacturing together. Perform all functions of kitting, tube bending, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. As the start and endpoint of our process, this teams primary responsibility is maintaining a consistent workflow for the rest of the shop.

Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

* Preparing work orders to process through multiple departments

* Packing finished product in preparation for shipping

* Receiving raw manufacturing materials

* Cutting piping to length for use in fabrication

* Set up, adjust, and operate tube bending machinery and equipment to bend stainless pipe to specifications and work orders

* Simple assembly work orders

* Daily machinery used:

+ Band Saw

+ Deburring machine

+ Foam Packing Machine

+ Occasional forklift and pallet jack operation

* Maintains the work area and equipment clean and orderly and follows prescribed safety regulations

Youll be working out of our Cottage Grove, MN location.

Approximately 40 hours per week, M-F, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.
