Material Handlers Needed - Loading & Unloading. $17/hr 819078 - Bonney Staffing : Job Details

Compensation: $17 per hour Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for our Client in Youngstown, OH. In this role, you would be responsible for the loading and unloading of steel materials for the duration of your shift. Material Handler Shifts and Pay:

• Rotating (4 on, 4 off) Swing Shift Schedule
  • 6 AM - 6 PM
  • 6 PM - 6 AM
• $17.00/hour
• $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
• Sign on bonus after probation period with perfect attendance!
• After completion of a 45 day probationary period, employees will be eligible for additional wage increases, health benefits, PTO, paid holidays

Qualifications

• MUST be comfortable repeatedly lifting 75+ pounds
• Must be able to work in a TEAM environment!
• Standing, walking and bending for long periods of time
• Perform all General Labor duties as assigned by supervisor and other teams of management.
• Follow instructions given closely and pay attention to details of all assignments.
• Role does require working outdoors - must be ok with cold temps.

Required Skills

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• 6 months of previous warehouse or production experience preferred
