**Responsibilities**
+ The Material Handling Laborer is assigned to the Storage Section of the Ammunition Supply Point (ASP).
+ Under the guidance of a Warehouse Specialist Lead, the Material Handling Laborer will perform tasks associated with the assigned area such manually loading ammunition on or unloading ammunition off of commercial or military trucks, or other transporting devices; stacking, unpacking or placing items in proper storage locations; or transporting goods by hand truck, cart, dolly or wheelbarrow. Additional duties include assisting with inventory, issue, customer turn-in and the receiving of ammunition; bunker maintenance-inside and outside (vegetation control).
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ This position involves working both indoors and outdoors. Work environment includes periodic overtime, exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
**Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of Army logistical functions.
+ High School Diploma/GED.
+ Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
+ Ability to receive a favorable Tier 1 Investigation result and obtain/maintain a CAC.
+ Physical requirements include, but are not limited to, the ability to lift 60 pounds, the ability to stand, sit, reach and walk for extended periods of time; pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching; weed eating and mowing grass.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Ammo-45 Introduction to Ammunition.
+ Military Occupational Specialties 55B/89B.
+ Valid driver's license.
**Pay & Benefits:**
+ Hourly Compensation: $17.20.
