  • What You'll Do

    • Coordinate material planning to ensure parts are ready for production, solving problems proactively with suppliers.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce excess/obsolescence, and streamline logistics.
    • Drive logistics improvement projects, including RWIP reduction, supplier capacity analysis, and returnable packaging upgrades.
    • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, working closely to improve performance and reduce costs.
    • Partner with scheduling teams to minimize the impact of supply shortages and schedule changes.
    • Support the phase-in and phase-out of product models to ensure smooth transitions and prevent downtime.
    • Assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Create and implement innovative processes to optimize supplier performance and reduce production disruptions.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management.
    • Proficiency with MRP systems.
