Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Support Lead B Shift to join their team. As a Material Support Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting various teams. • Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision and strategies.
• Provide and promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety programs and policies.
• Communicate priorities and project assignments to department team members.
• Ensure the department has the necessary tools and resources to manage product arrival schedules.
• Monitor employee performance and assist with performance reviews to foster growth.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required; 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to recognize safety concerns and maintain professionalism in all situations.
• Strong math skills and the ability to read die drawings and inspect parts according to specifications.
