Materials Associate - Cone Health : Job Details

The Materials Associate assists with the daily ordering, pulling, receiving, delivering, and replenishment of supplies in order to meet department and patient needs. This role also helps count inventory, enters inventory data correctly, and checks the expiration date of inventory in order to keep inventory up-to-date and usable in the department. The schedule for this position is 20 hours a week during the day. Supports with accepting, verifying, and entering receipts for all shipments. Assists with package counts to ensure they are accurate and shipments acceptable, if not will follow outline refusal protocols. Inventories, reorder, pulls, restocks, rotation of inventory, check for expiration dates for areas of responsibility. Ensures verification of receipt of in-bound supplies, out-bound shipment processing, data entry, and restocking within specified time frames as assigned to meet department/patient needs.
