Materials Handler - 2nd Shift - Lassonde Pappas and Company : Job Details

The Materials Handler will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on company needs and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is based out of our Sparta, Michigan location. Primary Responsibilities include:Loads and unloads material within the warehouse facility. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks within the warehouse. Records flow information of materials and products. Has knowledge of standard practices and procedures Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Accountable for food safety, food quality and regulatory requirements for their position Encouraged to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues.
