Job Posting Summary
Baptist Medical Center is adding a Materials Handler in our Supply Chain Department at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a PRN opportunity working various shifts as needed for department coverage. This position will have the opportunity to cover multiple locations if desired.
As a Materials Handler, you will be responsible for:
* Assessing nursing supply needs.
* Distributing supplies and equipment to nursing areas.
* Receiving supplies from carriers and distributes to customers.
* Warehouse supplies, inventory control, equipment cleaning and distribution.
* Customer service desk, telephone coverage.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Role will require travel to various Baptist campuses as needed.
* Role may be required to work various shifts depending on the need of the Supply Chain team.
