Materials Planner- Gardner, KSLHH is partnering with a client in the Manufacturing Industry who is seeking a Materials Planner in Gardner, KS. The Material Planner will be responsible for daily supply chain operations. This includes forecasting/planning, supply/demand planning, and inventory management for the flow of goods. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain material planning schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock. • Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize material flow. • Analyze demand forecasts and adjust planning schedules accordingly. • Identify and resolve any material shortages or delays. • Maintain accurate records of material transactions and inventory levels. • Implement and improve material planning processes and systems. • Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (preferred) • Proven experience in materials planning, inventory management, or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in material planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
