Materials Representative - Full Time, NMC & HMC - Atlantic Health System : Job Details

Atlantic Health System is searching for a motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a full-time Materials Representative for their Hackettstown and Newton Medical Center locations. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, and will be responsible for providing logistical support to the designated department through routine supply replenishment workflows. The Team Member will primarily focuses on the daily receiving, breakdown, distribution and stocking of generic supplies. This full-time position's shifts are M-F from 7a-3p as well as one shift every third weekend, and provides the full array of benefits that Atlantic Health System has to offer, including competitive salary, Paid Time Off, Medical Benefits, and work-life alignment.Principal Accountabilities:Supply and maintain PAR locations by Count, Pick, and Delivering hospital materials to nursing unit supply locations.Receive, process, and deliver inbound packages to end user departmentsPerform customer service duties by responding to calls for critical items needed for patient care.Clean and replenish Emergency code carts.Maintain current expiration dates of materials in supply areas.Operates material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies to receive and deliver materials.Performs work handling basic issues and problems referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.Performs other related duties as assigned.9.Cross duties between Western Region (Newton and Hackettstown Medical Centers)Required:High School Diploma or equivalent.Preferred:Experience working in Material Handling or relevant area.Able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs is STRONGLY preferredABOUT USAt Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost.
