About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective members, wherein you will conduct Free Trial Sessions with new students using Mathnasium's teaching methods & guide them through enrolling in our program as part of our sales process
Professionally answer incoming calls from interested parents and book sessions while answering all questions related to the Mathnasium program
Track and document all parent communication in our CRM system
Conduct daily follow up using the task bar in our internal system
Ensure exemplary customer service for all current and prospective members
Onboard new members to help grow and maintain the number of students we serve
Build strong rapport with our students and their families, create a safe educational environment while demonstrating the magic of Mathnasium
Administer and grade assessments for new/prospective students and discuss results and learning plan with parents
Communicate with other directors about educational needs of students
Conduct customer service check in calls
Run payments through our payment processor
Help customers with anything related to their membership- whether that is a temporary pause, a change in frequency, quitting, etc.
Assist with local marketing, community outreach, and school relationship building
Qualifications:
Math competency through at least Algebra 1
Must be comfortable and confident making and answering phone calls
Competency with computers, software, basic Microsoft/Google Suites
Must be friendly, professional, and welcoming
Must possess a passion for math and working with kids!
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
Willingness to learn and be trained
Enthusiastic people person
Strong organizational skills
Preferred but not Required:
Previous sales, phone, or customer service experience
Fluent in Spanish
Experience working with children
Teaching or tutoring experience
