An aerospace client is looking for a MATLAB RADAR Tasking Model Engineer with TS SCI to support the RADAR Tasking Model (RTM) for our development, production, and operational Space RADAR Payload programs. Location: Linthicum, MD 21090 (Onsite) Position: MATLAB RADAR Tasking Model Engineer with TS SCI Pay Rate: $111 to $125/hr. on W2 (depends on experience Duration: 12 months or longer RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The company in Linthicum, MD is seeking a MATLAB software developer to support the RADAR Tasking Model (RTM) for our development, production, and operational Space RADAR Payload programs.
• RTM is a suite of software designed to identify opportunities for requested payload tasking and to generate the required commanding inputs to command the Space Radar Payload.
• Radar Tasking Model (RTM) team member
• SW Development and Maintenance of RTM software in Object Oriented MATLAB
• This position is on-site in a classified program area in Linthicum/Baltimore, Maryland.
• Active TS and eligibility for SCI clearance is required to be considered.

REQUIREMENTS :

• US Citizenship is required.
• Principal Engineer: BS in STEM with 5 years relevant experience or 3 years with MS
• Sr Principal Engineer: BS in STEM with 8 years relevant experience or 6 years with MS
• Radar tasking modeling knowledge and experience required
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming in MATLAB
• Active TS clearance

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Experience with Space Sensor Payloads
• Experience with RADAR performance modeling
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Math
• SCI clearance
