We are seeking a qualified anesthesiologist for a locum position in central Wisconsin. This role involves providing both outpatient and inpatient anesthesiology services during a long-term permanent search.
Position Overview
- Assignment Length: ASAP, ongoing
- Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve (1/2 Day Commencing at Noon)
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide general anesthesia.
- Supervise CRNAs.
- Must be board eligible in anesthesiology. Certifications required include ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS.
Practice Setting and Support
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and inpatient
- Support Staff: CRNAs; other staff
- Credentialing: Estimated timeframe of 60 days
This locum position offers a comprehensive role in anesthesiology with a balance of scheduled clinical hours and call responsibilities. The role includes managing a wide range of anesthesia cases and working with a supportive team in a Level 2 trauma facility.
