• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• 12 - 15 patient encounters per day in total, 3 - 4 patients per day, 8 - 10 follow-up visits/day
• Patient encounters, follow up visits
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
