• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• BLS required
• 15 patients per shift, average of 5 new consults per week
• HDR, linear accelerator, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, brachytherapy intracavitary
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
