• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days
• 15 - 20 patients per day and 3 consults per week, 7 follow-ups per week
• IMRT, IGRT and need someone familiar with Elekta Mosaiq and voice
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
