MDS Coordinator Assistant/RN Description: The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the MDS Coordinator in the completion of the R.A.I. Assessments including assistance with the Care Planning process. Also, responsible for supervising nursing care deivery to geriatric residents in accordance with all standards governing our facility. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing. Current licensure by State Board of Nursing. Will obtain and maintain age specific competencies. Experience preferred but not required.
