MDS Coordinator - Bear Mountain Health Care : Job Details

HANOVER TERRACE HEALTH & REHABILIATION CENTER IS LOOKING FOR A SELF MOTIVATED, DETAIL ORIENTED RN TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS THE MDS COORDINATOR.This position is responsible for preparing and electronically transmitting timely reports to the national Medicare and Medicaid database . Ensuring the accuracy of medical records and coding procedures. Assisting with staff education on appropriate documentation to reflect accurate resident assessments and coding.Requirements:+ Active RN or LPN licensure in NH+ Previous experience in Skilled Nusing Facility or LTC setting preferredThis is a full time on-site hourly position with full benefits availableHours:8 am-4:30 pm 4 days a week with rotating call schedule with flexible scheduling based on facility need.Day hours flexible for the right candidate
