We are currently seeking an MDS Coordinator to support our beautiful 48-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.*About the Role:*The MDS Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of care for our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care settings and a strong understanding of the Minimum Data Set (MDS).
