JOB DESCRIPTION: Measure Technician

• Ability to climb ladders and traverse roofs up to 2 ½ stories tall
• Ability to enter and navigate attic spaces to provide proper inspections
• Ability to work outside in any weather conditions
• Learn, understand, and embrace the company culture daily
• Get familiar with, and ultimately master the installation practices for each service provided
• Attend internal and external training sessions to achieve proficiency in each service provided
• Understand and apply company guidelines for bidding when confirming scope of work with customers
• Complete all required documentation and submit to the office within 48 hours
• Respond to internal and external communications and requests within 24 hours
• Inspect, measure, and assess residential projects to determine the most accurate and efficient way to complete them
• Meet with customers onsite to confirm project scope(s)
• Identify and resolve any customer or project issues at the time of inspection
• For any project changes under $3,000, execute change orders to improve the project and provide peace of mind
• Learn and stay current on the industry's best practices, company SOP, and product knowledge
• Cross-train and support other departments within the company
• Promote and ensure a positive customer experience by creating peace of mind with every interaction.

Requirements:

• Eligible to work within the United States
• Basic iPad and computer skills
• Pass background check
• Pass MVR check
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Background in residential construction
• Ability to navigate heights and confined spaces
• Ability to work Saturdays when needed
