Join us.The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Lead to be the primary global steward of our measurement relationship with one of our key global accounts, Amazon. This New York or Seattle based role will partner with the global accounts Amazon team, co-ordinate with regional sales & measurement teams, and report directly to the Global Head of Marketing Science.This role will, in addition, have you partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, product measurement, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.We seek highly driven, empathetic, individuals who are looking to build our Marketing Sciences discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better will be critical for success. What you will do:- Partner with the global accounts team and cross-functional partners to develop and execute measurement learning agendas. Your primary internal stakeholder will be the Head of Global Accounts- Partner with product and regional Measurement / Sales teams to collaborate on the development and executional implementation of measurement needs at the campaign level- Be the primary contact for our senior clients and their agency counterparts to ensure the briefing, prioritization, alignment, and landing of measurement programs leads to successful business outcomes- Help route our client feedback to our product teams to ensure ongoing measurement feedback improvement loops- Bring your measurement expertise to help upskill internal measurement teamsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Proficient measurement experience in performance, large enterprise clients, and a track record of behavior change through good measurement. Client stakeholder management skills are a must have.- At least 10+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers where most recent responsibilities have included digital platform measurement consulting.- Strong strategic understanding of enterprise performance measurement. This includes an understanding of how auctions work, incrementality measurement, econometric mix modeling, and attribution logic/challenges- Experience in inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skillPreferred Qualifications:- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred- A strong plus for candidates with recent hands-on experience in navigating clean room or privacy-enhancing measurement requirements- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talentTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
