Position at JBS USA Essential Job Duties: Knowledge of and adheres to federal inspection regulations. Ability to identify all meat products by name. Safely operate all models of meat wrappers. Responsible for accurate and correct pricing, tare weights, unit count and counts of meat product. Insure quality of appearance and wrapping of all meat products. Adhere to all safety regulations and practices. Provide a safe work environment for all associates. Knowledge of and adheres to all state and local health requirements. Provides good personal hygiene. Performs additional duties as assigned to meet demands of daily production scheduling. Performs duties of lower classifications as needed. Responsible for production quality. Ensure all tools and supplies needed to get the job done are available. Notify Lead when issues arise. Responsible for sanitation of work areas.
