- Perform a variety of semiskilled tasks in at least two trades in connection with the maintenance, repair and/or construction of buildings and facilities and related equipment and machinery.
- Function at the sub-journey level in trades such as carpentry, cabinet making, roofing, painting, or other trades that are less technical and complex. Positions may also perform sub-journey level work in other trades such as electrical, plumbing, masonry, heating and air, or similar specializations
- Perform tasks ranging from general and routine assignments to those of moderate complexity requiring the application of knowledge and ability acquired from on-the-job training.
Longleaf Neuro Medical Treatment Center (LNMTC) is a certified Medicare and Medicaid facility nursing home that provides a continuum of care to both adults with severe and persistent mental illness that also have long-term medical conditions requiring residential, medical and nursing care, and to adults with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or other related dementia.
