In this position, you will be working with mechanical systems and following technical manuals and schematics. You will be responsible for ensuring precision and quality in your assembly work.WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AS AN ASSEMBLER CLASS IOur Assembler Class I is tasked with the assembly and quality assurance of airport ground support equipment, ensuring each piece meets company and safety standards. Candidates must be able to follow complex assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematic drawings to construct or repair equipment accurately. This position requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to use varioushand and power tools proficiently. Team collaboration is vital, as is the ability to identify and resolve issues during the assembly process to maintain productivity and quality standards.QUALIFICATIONS· 18 years of age or older· Eligible to work in the United States· Must provide their own hand tools· Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents· Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices· Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means· Pass a background check and drug screen· Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidaysTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
