We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.This is a role within Systems' Manufacturing and Production group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) perform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment, and (ii) operate cranes and hoists or lift tables.ResponsibilitiesPerform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipmentOperate cranes and hoists or lift tablesPerform basic inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standardsIdentify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnelKeep accurate production records/logs etc.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.QualificationsBasic understanding of mechanical concepts/mechanical aptitudeExperience with mechanical assembly in an industrial manufacturing environment preferredWe provide competitive pay, excellent benefits, work-life balance and a collaborative team environment!
