• Handle setting up, monitoring and operating Tape line/s and other pieces of equipment under direct supervision associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
• Manage performing Tape Head operation, cleaning, and general setup, which includes loading and unloading products and devices in Work Center.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards in accordance with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), production schedule, setup instructions, and quality specs.
• Perform quality assurance activities required by manufacturing/engineering specifications, quality assurance, and ISO requirements.
• Train and assist other employees as necessary.
• Follow verbal and written instructions, maintain accurate records, and perform other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-year minimum previous manufacturing or shop experience
• Ability to read and interpret routine instructions
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Good communication skills, safety oriented and a team player
• Be flexible and possess the ability to follow work center guidelines
• Can work between 5PM-5AM and flexible working overtime as needed
