We are currently looking for Mechanical Assembly Technicians who will be responsible for assembling and testing PTO units in an industrial manufacturing environment.   • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (Voluntary overtime on Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm and Saturday/Sunday 5:00am to 11:00am)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00pm to 3:30am (Voluntary overtime on Friday 3:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 6:00am to 11:00am) - Training conducted on 1st shift up to 4 weeks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receives and reviews work order and parts for assembly to conduct testing.
  • Coordinates work order from customers schedules.
  • Uses tools, presses and a variety of test stands and fixtures.
  • Works from blueprints, lists, instructions (verbal and written) applying various procedures.
  • Ensures quality of product and follows all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures.
  • Adheres to the quality management system and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provides training to other employees in assembly and test methodology as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to stand 10 hours a day and work mandatory overtime.
  • Must have basic computer, math and industrial skills.
  • Must be mechanically competent.
  • Must have the ability to see near/distance/color.
  • Ability to trouble shoot problems and provide solutions.
  • Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly and to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Associate Requirements
