MECHANICAL, ELECTRICIAL & PLUMBING TECHNICIANCCI is currently seeking a full-time Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Technician. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for a wide range of commercial maintenance including non-technical maintenance and other unlicensed trades. Click HERE to learn more about CCI's Facility Services solutions.Main Duties/Responsibilities: Knowledge of HVAC controls and HVAC system maintenance such as but not limited to belt replacement, voltage checks, and filter checks. Plumbing system maintenance such as performing commercial plumbing diagnosis, repairs, and replacing or repairing plumbing fixtures. As well as basic electrical repair and maintenance and any general building maintenance.Qualifications: The Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Technician will have at least 5-10 years of skilled trades experience. Ability to follow OSHA standards/requirements and local, state, and federal codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities. The right candidate must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to work at various heights and on ladders. The candidate should be familiar with reading blueprints and specs.
