- Coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through production.
- Systematically deconstruct problems with engineering rigor using structured problem-solving approaches and quantitative analysis.

- Perform concept work with CAD tools such as SolidWorks
- Visually articulate complex designs.
- Communicate intricate engineering concepts with non-technical customers or internal stakeholders.
- Works with Star Product Management team translate market requirements into design features.
- By closely working with Manufacturing, QA and Vendors, implement corrective and preventative actions for repetitive past problems.
