What You'll Do

• Design and customize industrial machinery using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks experience preferred but not required).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life in metal fabrication, machining, and welding environments.
• Contribute to new product development and continuously refine processes for quality and efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-4+ years of experience in design engineering, preferably in custom or industrial machinery.
• A curious, hands-on approach to problem-solving and engineering.
• Background in machine design or industrial applications (pumps, valves, hydraulics, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation

• Competitive salary: $75,000–$90,000, based on experience.
