We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and technical analysis of systems tailored to meet client needs. You will play a key role in the development of new products and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring that solutions are efficient, cost-effective, and in line with project requirements.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll oversee multiple projects, ensuring that progress stays on track, identifying and addressing any operational challenges, and making necessary corrections to technical discrepancies. You'll be responsible for assembling and utilizing the technical resources needed to successfully complete your assignments, while balancing time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and technical analysis of systems for new products or changes to existing ones.
  • Oversee project progress, addressing challenges in real-time to keep timelines and costs in check.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in technical results and design analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet project specifications and goals.
  • Contribute to energy conservation and clean energy transition projects, supporting the development of innovative solutions for sustainable practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a relevant field

Strong understanding and application of engineering principles and practices

Proficiency with engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.

Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and best practices

Effective communicator, able to adapt your style for different audiences

Collaborative team player, eager to learn from and assist senior staff

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Participation in professional engineering organizations is a plus
