We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Planner to join our Nutrition and Health team in Bishop, TX.

As a valued member of Bishop Site team, you will be responsible for generating job plans including labor, material, equipment, and services; creating job packets for field execution and continually improving job plans via updates based on feedback. In addition, you will Manage the Unplanned Work Order backlog and complete job plans to ensure the safe and efficient execution of all maintenance work.

You will be reporting directly to the Mechanical Maintenance Execution Manager.

**As a Mechanical Maintenance Planner - Bishop, TX, you create chemistry by...**

+ Creating; building and validating job kits.

+ Creating Purchase Requisitions and Reservations for necessary materials, equipment, or services and orders material.

+ Building and maintaining Bill of Materials (BoMs).

+ Identifying jobs that require Management of Change (MoC).

+ Being familiar with P&IDs to determine pipeline and equipment numbers for correct material specifications, and able to identify spec breaks.

+ Being a dedicated Team Player and having the ability to influence others in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

+ Having excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, and the ability to work with employees and contractors within all levels of the organization.

+ Having a mindset to drive reliability.

**If you have...**

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 5+ years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.

+ Working knowledge of SAP or similar CMMS.

+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

+ Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
