iWorld Professionals is seeking a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer for our client in the Rochester NY area. Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations teams to meet and exceed productivity, quality, and cost goals.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities using data and trend analysis.
• Support product development by contributing to process flow diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, and design-for-manufacturing activities.
• Design, implement, and enhance manufacturing and testing processes.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions to support assembly and testing.
• Design and modify manufacturing equipment by creating concept drawings and writing equipment specifications.
• Ensure product and process quality through testing methods, process validation, and root cause analysis.
• Lead or participate in improvement and corrective action teams to implement long-term solutions.

Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude.
• Expertise in precision assembly and testing, including automation and robotics.
• Experience in tooling and fixture design, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Programming knowledge of PLCs and robotic systems a plus!
• Ability to work on-site in Rochester NY.
