Mechanical Reliability Engineer

They are seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer for their Borger, TX plant. This role involves ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance and mechanical reliability, executing small capital projects, and supporting Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement equipment reliability strategies.
• Manage the Mechanical Integrity Reliability Program.
• Use KPI reports and SAP logs to identify and address process issues.
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Apply FMEA and RCFA to enhance plant performance.
• Train craftsmen in best practices for machinery maintenance.
• Interface with equipment suppliers to improve reliability.
• Provide technical support for projects and maintenance troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical processing.
• Team leadership and small project management skills.
• Experience with SAP PM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and hands-on field machinery expertise preferred.

Compensation:

$128,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary.
