• Experience: Minimum of 2 years, but first-timers are accepted.
• Patient Population: Adults to geriatrics.
• Certifications: BLS required, OCN preferred.
• Skills and Requirements: Handling oncology and hematology diagnoses, DNR/CC, oncologic emergencies, chemo precautions, and various drips and pumps.
• Ratio/Census: 1 nurse to 6 patients, with 19 beds and an average daily census of 15.
• Unit Systems: Epic (required), Pyxis, SBAR.
• Scrub Color: Navy blue.
