Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, develop, implement, and modify care plans as needed.
• Administer medications accurately, following the “5 Rights.”
• Maintain safety through fall precautions, pressure ulcer prevention, and other safety measures.
• Ensure thorough documentation and effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Delegate tasks to healthcare team members and validate task completion.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and use critical thinking to evaluate patient conditions.
• Support patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.

Department-Specific Functions:

• Conduct bedside shift reports and update patient communication boards.
• Focus on efficient admissions, discharges, and patient testing to facilitate care transitions.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to promote a healing environment.

Required Skills & Experience:-Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience.Preferred Skills & Experience:-N/A
