**About This Job**

Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening for a Media Control Specialist at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation.

Key duties and responsibilities:

+ Overall tracking of all physical media

+ Interfacing with the government customer and internal staff on all physical media needs (distribution, configuration control numbers, classification, etc.)

+ Tracking/monitoring of data devices

+ Documenting transfer and perform quality assurance for all items transferred

+ Initiating and maintaining operations records/logs as required

+ Establishing and implementing schedules and priorities

+ Copying/storing of physical media

+ Lifecycle management

+ Physical media destruction

+ Performing physical audits

+ Assisting with process development and improvement

+ Reviewing and capture project task status updates

+ Other related duties as assigned
