This position will be in the Bureau of Quality Control and Enterprise Projects, System Administration Unit. Responsibilities include: • Write SQL code to generate reports and ad hoc data requests. • Function as a liaison between program areas and NYS Office of Information Technology Services. • Research, gather, and evaluated system or business process requirements. • Analyze current as-is system functionality and business processes. • Write and review technical requirements for future updates. • Analyze the impact of proposed changes. • Assist with user acceptance testing, collecting data, and documenting results.• Create and update system documentation and any pertinent training manuals.Additional Comments TRAINEE 1 SALARY STARTS AT $52,198.
