Title: Medical Affairs Coordinator
Location: East Windsor, NJ
After acquiring a portfolio of seven FDA-approved Hematology/Oncology products, in a $300M deal, George Higginson is partnered with a forward-thinking pharmaceutical company specializing in T-Cell and Oncology, his client is seeking a Medical Affairs Coordinator to support key medical and scientific initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage medical documentation, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Affairs team.
- Assist in the coordination of medical and scientific communications, including publications, slide decks, and training materials.
- Support planning and execution of advisory boards, congresses, and medical education programs.
- Maintain accurate records of medical affairs activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth communication.
- Assist with medical information inquiries and document management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of medical and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
