  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Support business-critical capabilities, initiatives, and projects as identified by the Medical Excellence Director
  • Lead North America business requirements, development, and training for digital systems and analytics
  • Execute regional alignment of the Core Digital Medical Affairs Plan
  • Support North America MSL and HQ onboarding operations across various disease areas
  • Serve as Field Medical representative on cross-functional committees
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing Medical Affairs experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of relevant Medical Affairs regulations and quality standards
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting customer relationship management (CRM) systems or other digital platforms
