Support business-critical capabilities, initiatives, and projects as identified by the Medical Excellence DirectorLead North America business requirements, development, and training for digital systems and analyticsExecute regional alignment of the Core Digital Medical Affairs PlanSupport North America MSL and HQ onboarding operations across various disease areasServe as Field Medical representative on cross-functional committeesWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree or advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing Medical Affairs experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceWorking knowledge of relevant Medical Affairs regulations and quality standardsStrong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting customer relationship management (CRM) systems or other digital platformsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
