ChristianaCare General Surgery at Elkton is looking for a Medical Assistant.ChristianaCare General Surgery at Elkton is located at 137 West High Street in Elkton, Maryland. Our General Surgery team has the experience and expertise to give our patients that confidence, that they will have a successful surgery and get back to their lives as quickly as possible. Our board-certified surgeons are here to partner with the community for their surgical needs. General surgeons treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries affecting the abdomen, breast, skin and soft tissue, endocrine system, and digestive tract.As a medical assistant you will be responsible for assisting physicians in the examination and treatment of patients with virtual and on-site appointments. You will also be responsible to deliver quality patient care and to perform other clinical and clerical duties within the practice.Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.Compensation / Benefits:

      • High School Graduate or GED required.
      • A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Strengths and Qualities:
