Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and hospitality focused Medical Assistant who is passionate about client care and eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing beauty and confidence while providing a hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day clinical operations, support our providers, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with client intake, including recording medical histories, and consent forms.
• Prepare clients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.
• Assist providers during all injectable and skin treatments, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage appointment scheduling and notes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and treatment areas.
• Prep treatment trays efficiently and appropriately.
• Discard of treatment trays safely, efficiently, and appropriately.
• Handle administrative tasks such as supply inventory, entering personal notes, client photos, assisting FD with notecards, and assisting FD with any store or client related tasks.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic is highly preferred.
• Personal interest in pursuing aesthetic medical roles as a Physician, PA, Nurse, nurse practitioner, or aesthetician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.
• A friendly and professional demeanor.
