Medical Associate I (LPN, LVN, RN, Paramedic, Advanced EMT)

This is your opportunity to perform medical evaluations, support donation collections, and ensure donor safety while working in a state-of-the-art donor center supporting research efforts.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct medical history interviews and physical evaluations to determine donor eligibility.
• Perform phlebotomy and ensure compliance with donation standards and safety protocols.
• Provide donor education and health counseling.
• Respond to donor incidents, such as adverse reactions, with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the quality and regulatory teams to maintain compliance with SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
• Aid in mobilization programs and support operational improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Active certification/licensure in Massachusetts as an Advanced EMT, LPN, LVN, Paramedic, or RN.
• CPR certification.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• A team player with the ability to follow SOPs and troubleshoot when needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in donor collection, clinical care, or laboratory settings.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
