Job descriptionProfessional Staffing Services is seeking a customer service oriented Medical Receptionist for a pathology billing office. Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Communication skills to assist patients with their accounts.
• Experience with insurance rejections.
• Experience with ICD-10
• Ability to appeal claims that have been denied in error.
• Multi-tasking skills
• Be able to work on-site in Orlando, FL
• Drug-free
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to undergo a background check.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Pay rate: $15-$16/hr
• Full-Time Contract-Hire
