Medix is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced healthcare A/R professional to join our healthcare finance team as a Medical Billing Supervisor. The Medical Billing Supervisor will oversee the billing operations for a third-party revenue cycle group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance procedures, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train billing staff to ensure efficient operations and compliance with policies.
• Review and validate claims before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor accounts receivable and work to resolve outstanding claims and denials.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to address billing issues.
