Regional Medical Director – Physician

HealthCare Support seeks a Regional Medical Director – Physician to fill a new opening with a growing Managed Long Term Care Organization in New York, NY.

Daily Responsibilities for Medical Director – Physician :

• Provide clinical coverage for episodic care and care planning as needs arise
• Oversee assigned Day Treatment Centers / PACE Centers
• Ensure adequate staffing and provider coverage to meet the needs of all sites, including call schedule development
• Lead medical care and treatment, with primary responsibility for overseeing and supporting the care the interdisciplinary team provides
• Develop and oversee the delivery of ambulatory medical services
• Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 100% onsite with possible travel as needed

Required Qualifications for Medical Director – Physician :

• Current active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in New York State
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• 3 years of staff supervision experience
• Experience managing Provider Groups

Pay Details:

• $300,000 - $320,000 annually + annual bonus, based on performance
