Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional who can make meaningful contributions to our team through the thoughtful support and execution of medical education training courses. This position offers the opportunity to deliver effective, innovative, and scalable learning experiences that enhance internal and external stakeholder experiences. Located in the vibrant community of Maple Grove, this hybrid role combines the benefits of remote work with the collaborative environment of our office.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Collaborating with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams for content development.
• Creating and managing training and education registration webpages through CVENT.
• Developing and deploying materials promoting educational programs, leveraging agency/design partners as needed.
• Providing a high degree of customer service and responsiveness for internal stakeholders, including the sales team and interested/registered HCPs.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of team templates, learning models, and overall best practices.
• Supporting stakeholder reviews of educational materials.

Qualifications:

• 4 years' experience in marketing communications, medical education event management, or project management (or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree in a related field).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project plans and deliver on specific timelines. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and a high customer service orientation.
• Excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-driven.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Aptitude for technical and digital platforms.

Preferred:

• Experience with CVENT event management platform and Mentimeter software.
• Experience developing and managing meeting apps.
• Graphic design experience.
• Instructional design experience with knowledge of learning principles and methodologies.
• Record of building effective learning experiences in the format of simulations, game-based learning, job aids, video, and animation.
• Experience designing and developing training content and materials in a variety of modalities including v/ILT, eLearning, and video.
• Experience using authoring tools and video editing tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Camtasia, Captivate, and Vyond.
