Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a leading eye care company in Opelousas, LA, to find a friendly and efficient Medical Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice, setting the tone for patients' visits and ensuring a smooth, positive experience!

Pay: $16 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be able to work either shift as needed.)

Essential Functions:

  • Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in process
  • Handle patient registration paperwork and accurately enter data into the EHR system
  • Scan insurance cards, collect copayments, and manage patient inquiries efficiently
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for all visitors

Qualifications: Previous experience with switchboard operations, ability to manage patient inquiries and requests, and excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach.
