Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy pediatric practice. This is a key leadership role, perfect for someone passionate about fostering a positive work environment, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office Operations: Manage daily front office activities for optimal efficiency and workflow.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor front office staff with training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Patient Relations: Drive exceptional patient satisfaction by managing scheduling, addressing concerns, and enhancing experiences.
  • Compliance: Uphold office policies and regulations, including HIPAA, ensuring confidentiality and procedural adherence.
  • Inventory & Vendor Management: Maintain office supplies and medical equipment while managing vendor relationships.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle office credit card, petty cash, invoices, and reimbursement approvals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3 years in office management, in healthcare. Proficiency in MEDENT preferred.
  • Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree; a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; proficiency in office software.
  • Attributes: A professional, detail-oriented, and positive leader who thrives under pressure and manages priorities effectively.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
