WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Medical Operations Assistant will be responsible for the direct support of the Sr. Director of Operations and help to assist the Clinic and Mobile Managers. The successful Medical Operations Assistant will have strong knowledge and competence in advanced clinic practices and be well organized in managing multiple projects and tasks at a time. The Medical Operations Assistant will be responsible to help with day to day clinic reporting, monthly summary reports and other key reporting to help support the Sr. Director of Operations with ongoing initiatives.

Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The successful candidate will be willing and able to:
* Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
* Provide information by answering questions and requests
* Monitoring, reviewing and addressing any issues with Digital Data Loggers (DDL)
* Assisting, coaching with the enrollment, yearly recertification and any item related to VFC program
* Assisting clinics with audit preparation
* Creating spreadsheets for the projects or tasks and monitor
* Assist in preparing new clinic(s)/sites for opening
* Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follows through with projects to successful completion.
* Patient enrollment - make sure all clinics are accurately complete full registration, pull reports by locations
* Performing office and administrative duties to assist clinic managers
* Assist in preparing monthly summary reports
* Arrange, prepare and record minutes for meetings
* Assist clinic managers with questions
* Manages and updates Saturday supervisor coverage
* Communicating with internal and external contacts using a range of platforms(for example, telephone, email)
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Experience and Essential Skills Requirements
Education and Experience:
* High School graduate or GED required
* Graduate from an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred
* Previous experience in a clinical back office setting preferred
* Knowledge of Medicare, state, Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
* Knowledge of health clinic workflow and process and procedures
* Experience with health clinic documentation and reports
* Experience with calendar management
Essential Skills/Abilities:
* Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite products
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; including presenting to large groups
* Schedule flexibility and travel required to clinic locations
* Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time efficiently, and meet critical deadlines
* Must have valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Additional Requirements
* Must have a current and valid California driver's license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
